Policy on CANCELED / MISSED Appointments

It is important that you make a commitment to come to your scheduled appointments.  It is really a commitment to improve YOUR life, and you don't want to waste your precious time, energy, and money if you are not ready to make this commitment. 

But everyone has a life, and emergencies and schedule conflicts do happen.  Please be sure to call Dr. Tanaka at 949.334.3987 to notify her, if you need to reschedule your appointment at least ONE business day before the appointment.  For instance, if your appointment is on a Monday, please call by Friday night. 

A scheduled appointment means that time is reserved only for you.  Please be on time for your appointment time.  If a client is late more than 20 minutes of their scheduled appointment time, the appointment is cancelled and the client will be charged a late cancellation fee of $125.00.  If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than ONE BUSINESS DAY notice, the client will be billed $125.00.  

This charge can not be billed to your insurance plan.
